Yawn..it's a sleepy afternoon. The sun was definitely not very friendly today during training. Fortunately, it didn't really affect how well we rowed but it just made us feel pretty lousy though and drinking water was like drinking honey. Anyway, I think I had better gt a stronger sunblock and wear a cap the next training. I do not want to end up looking like I had a baboon's butt printed on my cheeks.

After training, we headed to Tampines Mall and I had a nice, cool, soursop ice drink! Actually, I had been craving it since the start of training, perhaps it was a motivation for me to row faster today..hehe. Then we headed to the foodcourt for lunch and then accompanied the AUnty to buy a mother's day present for her mum. She actually bought a Swatch watch that costs about a hundred dollars! I do not think that I would ever be willing to spend that amount of money on mum unless I have started working. Then we went to visit Toys R us and started sharing with each other all the things that we played when we were young. Seriously, after looking at all the different types of dolls girls have nowadays, I still think Barbie is the prettiest and nicest. All those Bratz dolls with improportionate heads or fairy-like dolls with green eyes just don't make the cut for my idea of an ideal doll. Then we discovered this baby doll with really HUGE blue eyes that could move it's mouth and you wouldn't believe this..WRINKLE its nose! I think it's the first time I'm seeing such a life-like doll! Then we discovered a scribble board, the kind where u write and then erase it all by sliding this knob across? The interesting thing about this board is that the words are not a dull grey colour but they are rainbow coloured! Gee.. you must seriously be reconsidering the level of my maturity right now hence I shall not go on.

That's abou it for today..Will be having training at school tmr ...Hope that Eddy Tan doesn't torture us.
