It has been a busy week. And I'm afraid I've been busy doing everything except studying. Even though I've not had a really good week, I shall still start a list of things that I shall thank God for:
Monday: Thank God for helping me to make it to my lab session on time and for blessing me with a fun time with my lab mates. Apparently, our experiment with the crickets wasn't going too well, the crickets seemed not to want to breathe! It took so long before the index solution started moving, indicating the drop in the amount of air in the container. Anway, while waiting, we had a really great time reminiscing our childhood playdoh times. The only difference was that we were using Blutack which was one of the materials provided during lab. I must say we were really 'productive' ans creative! Haha..I made a girl holding on to a microphone, while my other lab mate made a house with a chimney; a snowman, the 'Old woman and her shoe' and a Rafflesia flower! OOh and did I mention that I made a pebble pathway leading to the house? Haha..yep, I had a great time at lab:)One more thing, I also thank God for giving me strength during night water training, thank God that I got the lighter SDBA boat ( kekeke..helps a lot with the morale!!), thank God for the smile that Sir brought to my face when he sang the Hari Raya song with his "Chang Chang Chang!" effect, and Thank God that i caught the 9.25pm 62 bus!
Tuesday: I thank God for arriving at my gen physio lect just in time!!!! ( keke..seems like I'm not very puctual these days:P) Thank God for having Kimpeng's fren to attend bio chem with me, thank God for having YB to OT with me, and thank God for having Joyce to accompany me home on NEL:) Thank God for mum da-baoing dinner for me:) (I loved the spinach and chicken!)
Wednesday: Thank God for a short political science lect that allowed me to join in all the fun and excitement of dressing up for the Sports award ceremony! haha..Thank God for the great buffet spread and thank God for all the time of interaction with the DB gals..had lotsa fun taking photos too:)) Thank God for the nice caramel-coloured award I received ;P ( it looks so much like crystallised 'mai ya tang'). Thank God also for Raine and Karine who kindly lent me many many coins so that I could go home earlier with Yuen Ching and LiJun!!! Thank God for YC for loaning me $1 and her HP to call home too if not I would have been locked out! Thank God for mum staying up to open the door for me:)
Thurday: Thank God for Charmaine's sweet sms :) Thank God for strength to do my 4x20 eddy gym. Thank God for having xiaowen and nicole to go to arts with me. Thank God for melissa attending lect with me and deterring me from dozing off for a third time ( ok , I did shut down for about 1 minute plus plus)..Thank God for the good nap I had in central library ( though I had initially planned to do my reading, sigh.)..Thank God for meeting Shao Hwee and See Hwei at arts. Thank God again for Charmaine's " I miss you" sms.:) Thank God for melissa who accompanied me home on NEL. Thank God for having half a dinner with mum. Thank God for minmin, my beloved SOS in times of distress( LOVE YOU!)
Finally, thank you God for being my God, my Father, my healer, my strength, my joy. Thank God for showing me the many things that I can thank Him about and that there is nothing to be sad about. I hope to be able to thank God again tomorrow :)
